- Added new option to allow the system administrator to disable the implicit support of RFC 3581 (Symmetric Response Routing).

- Support for the Metaswitch Line State (Metaswalst) package in H.248 and its 2 signals:
  1. Open - Commence an outgoing call setup attempt on the termination.
  2. Close - Terminate an outgoing call setup attempt on the termination.
